Shipping Information

Shipping:  WE TRY TO SHIP IN 72 hours from ordering. If there is a delay we will contact you. All orders are done in the order they are received. If you do not receive your order in a timely fashion please contact us.

International orders: We ship thru the Post Office (Air Mail). 

Layway: This FREE payment plan is great for larger orders. You make 2-6 equal weekly payments before shipment. Payments must be made by PayPal. Chose the layaway option when checking out and we will divide your payments equally. Also let us know how many payments you prefer (6, 7, or 8). You may cancel your order at any time but we will not issue refunds for payments already made.

Wholesale

We do sell wholesale.  If you are interested in wholesale information contact us, and we will send you the link for the information.

Payment Policy

We accept Master Card, Visa, echeck from Paypal. We also accept Google checkout to use this feature select the pay later option on the check out page and we will send an invoice to you.  You can also send a money order.

Refund policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our products, as we take great care and pride in making them.

NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE PERSONAL NAMES.

If for some reason, you are disappointed in your order please notify us by phone or email. If the product is damaged we must be notified within 2 days and the shipping materials must be saved. To return any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Autorization Number. (RMA)
